ok so with my new PC i can finally to renders with this project.
took around 2 min with PLD 9 AA and backdrop radiocity with HDR.

CPU: core2duo E6750 at 2.66 gh, (still haven't OC'ed it yet, but when i do, i'll shoot for a 3.3 minimum and a 3.5 max..)
GPU: Geforce 8800 GTS 640
